More than 150 large-scale solar industry stakeholders have attended the Solar Auction Request for Proposals Industry Briefing in Canberra.
Industry members gathered for a meeting on the tendering process for the development of up to 40 MW of large-scale solar generation capacity in the Australian Capital Territory, as determined in the Electricity Feed-in (Large-scale Renewable Energy Generation) Feed-in Tariff Capacity Release Determination 2012.
Australian Solar Energy Society Chief Executive John Grimes commended the Australian Capital Territory Government for moving quickly towards the tender process and project deployment.
